Who We Are
Bharat Web3 Association: We are an industry body uniting leading members from the Indian Web3 ecosystem. Members of the association include infrastructure providers such as Polygon; Virtual Digital Assets (‘VDA’) platforms such as WazirX, CoinDCX, Coinbase, and CoinSwitch; gaming platforms such as Hike; and other Web3 players like Liminal and KoinX.
As India’s digital economy grows to $1 trillion over the next few years, imagine a scenario where Indian consumers can own 10-20% of this value. It would move the country forward decades in a matter of a few years.

Mr. Dilip Chenoy is the chairperson for BWA. He has had an illustrious career serving as the Secretary-General of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Director-General of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), and Deputy Director-General of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). With decades of experience in leading domestic industry bodies, Mr. Chenoy is a renowned figure in the policy domain and his expertise and contributions have been invaluable to the Indian business landscape.
Mr. Ramakrishna Venkatesh is a Director at BWA and the Senior Vice President of Public Policy at CoinSwitch, a leading Virtual Digital Assets (VDA) trading platform in India. Based in Delhi, Venkatesh handles public policy, regulation, external affairs, and stakeholder engagement. He is one of the pioneering senior leaders in public policy within India’s VDA sector.
Mr. Kiran Mysore Vivekananda, is a Director at BWA and Chief Public Policy Officer at CoinDCX, India’s first crypto unicorn, spearheads policy outreach and collaboration efforts. Previously, he served as Chief Policy Officer at Dream Sports Inc., driving advocacy efforts for the online gaming industry. With over 2 decades of experience, he’s also worked with Uber India and HCL Infosystems .
Mr. Manish Kumar is a Director at BWA and the CFO at Hike Group, one of whose products is the Rush Gaming Universe, a virtual gaming platform. Manish is a strategic financial leader with expertise in optimizing cash flow, driving growth through insightful financial management and by fuelling meaningful partnerships.
